Denise Barratt is a registered dietitian with over 25 years experience and is an Asheville Nutritionist. Owner of Vine Ripe Nutrition which provides nutrition counseling, healthy easy meal planning and vegetarian recipe ideas. Denise works as an IBS nutritionist and fodmap dietitian helping clients with gut health issues. In addition, she is a vegetarian nutritionist helping clients create a plant-based eating plans including vegetarian nutrition meal plans. Denise also works as a nutritionist for menopause and PCOS nutrition.
